Mark Vargas is a supporting character in Ang Probinsyano. He was fellow comrades with Billy and Chikoy in the CIDG. He is portrayed by Lester Llansang.

Nothing much known about Mark Vargas, except that he was a close friend of Avel Guzman, Dominador de Leon and Francisco Rivera]], then afterwards the rest of the former Vendettas whom which they become the Agilas in season 7.
Prior to the events of season 1, he along with Avel, Chikoy and Ador were close buddies and batchmates in the PNP Academy, until the arrival of Ricardo Dalisay who disguised as Ador after he was killed, later on he become friends with Cardo after learning the death of his friend, which also he sees Ador on him since Cardo was the twin brother of his close friend.

- Much like other cast members, Mark Vargas is portrayed by former child star Lester Llansang. He also worked with Coco Martin in another show Ikaw Lamang.
- Like some Task Force Agila members, his character's fate is unknown, but it is presumed, he's still part of the group.
- His character was quietly written out from the show in September 2020 due to the non-franchise renewal of ABS-CBN and the ongoing pandemic.
- Despite the fact that Cardo was the " Last " member of the Agilas, it can safe to assume that Vargas is still alive somehow and can return with Major Dalisay (at some point).
