Camilo Edades is a character of 2015 longest running action crime drama Philippine television series, FPJ's Ang Probinsyano. He was serving as the Senate President, but then turned as an "acting President" by First Lady Lily Hidalgo after President Oscar Hidalgo's doppelganger/impostor Mariano got killed by her after she detonates his bomb vest.
Being served as an "acting President", Lily made him as her slave. Lily doesn't allow him to leave the palace. If he betrays her order, Lily would kill his entire family where they were held hostage by one of her allies.
Few months later, after he's not taking it, he escape the palace to go back to his residence without being caught by Lily's guards. The next day, he was kidnapped by the Task Force Agila led by Cardo Dalisay and the real Oscar Hidalgo, where Camilo reveals what Lily did to him. Later that day, he, along with Oscar, on a live video, exposes Lily for manipulation and spreading lies, as well as her slavery. When Lily sees this, she outrages and orders Augustus to tell the one who held Camilo's family to kill them all for his betrayal. However it is unknown if they did it or not.
Because he and Oscar expose Lily's dirty work, the civilians are storming the presidential palace of Malacanang, wanting Lily and her allies to leave the palace, and have Lily arrested, but just when Oscar and Camilo are on their way to the palace, she escaped along with her allies and the Black Ops.
Later that night, Oscar forgives Camilo for telling the truth about Lily's dirty work and what she treat him.
After the events of the series, it can safe to assume that Edades become both Star Witness and later he was appointed as the Vice President of the Philippines.
