ARTURO PADUA TO SUSPEND THE BLACK OPS OPERATIONS

Black Operations Special Task Force (known as Black Ops) is a rouge law enforcement in the PNP service, who are under the direct command of Arturo Padua and Lily Ann Cortez as well as under the CIDG and Internal Affairs Service. They also served as the one of the antagonistic faction of 2015 TV series FPJ's Ang Probinsyano during the events of season 8 and 9.

Overview[]

The Black Ops tag was obvious identity to these group of police officers. They do the illegal work regular police officers do not do officially, including killing hard criminals, busting drug trades and wiping off their enemies.

They act similar to their counterparts such as the Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT), Special Action Force (SAF) and AVSEGROUP-SOF but operates as a secret police force, but working alongside with the regular Police Officers.

History[]

Albert De Vela led the team to hunt and kill Cardo and Task Force Agila. Making the Black Ops as the most brutal and dangerous force of injustice operating under the shadows of the PNP/NLEA with the help of Secretary Arturo Padua but only disappointed to the results after the numerous reports of Operation failures, but this has changed in the later 9th season of the series where the Black Ops were pledged their allegiance to First-lady Lily Hidalgo and Lito Valmoria

Throughout the 9th season of the series, the Black Ops were continuing their manhunt operations against the Task Force Agila as well as arresting or taking down criminals, one notable targets is Jacob Serrano but this operation was backfired by Arturo. This has changed when they arrest Lito Valmoria but ally with them without knowing that the person he was connected was indeed First-lady Lily Ann Hidalgo herself, which was later revealed by Lito Valmoria upon discovering this.

The Black Ops were also involved in the Massacre at the Hotel in Vigan as the Assassin Forces and TFA managed to escaped, in the aftermath of the inccident the massacre was put the blame on the Agilas. During their time of their suspension, the Black Ops were also involved in Drug trafficking and Assassinations of Don Ignacio's associates, however their operation was halted when Eduardo Guillermo sabotage the trade by killing Calloway, killing the members of Lito's mercenaries.

In the Art Exhibition festival launched by Don. Guillermo, the Black Ops and Lito's mercenaries took this as an advantage to lure-out the Agilas and entrap them as the Fake President will attend, both De Vela and his associates learned that the President Hidalgo was indeed Mariano who masqueraded as the real President according to the First Lady, upon learning this revelation if their mission succeded they will proceed to arrest or kill the real President of the Philippines and his assisstants Ambo and Elizabeth. Unfortunately this has failed when Task Force Agila and Armando's group sabotaged the exhibition and bombed the operators by a bomb planted by the Agila as a trap and the officers were killed including Cris Fabia and David Alcantara by the hands of the Diana Olegario and Victor Basco which De Vela enraged.

After the failed operation in the Art Exhibition in Vigan, both Black Ops and Lito's mercenaries as ordered by First-lady Lily Hidalgo to capture Ricardo Dalisay and real president, unbeknown to them the Agilas ambushed them in surprise. But the First-lady revealed that the Reporters disguised as a mercenaries as it was revealed by Maj. De Vela to his associates. Despite of the heavy casualties, the Black Ops were succeeded to capture Cardo Dalisay alive he was shot by Lito.

During the hospital the Black Ops are guarding Cardo while he was unconscious to prevent the allies from saving them, however Lito's group sabotage them by killing several police officers and injures Albert during the combat, while Cardo managed to escape, Albert alongside with Jeremy Abalos managed to kill Lito's remaining men including Winston and Turo.

Albert and Jeremy still hunting and killing Cardo and rebel force lead by Ramona but later struggled and escaped from the rebel hideout. Later on Lily calls the Black Ops to rescue Armando and Lolita from Task Force Agila

In the last 15 episodes. Oscar announces the Black Ops were officially disbanded, by removing Albert from power alongside with Jeremy and Adrian in public after the reporter questions to him about the illegal activities of Arturo Padua and former First-lady Lily Hidalgo upon the expose made by the Task Force Agila, in the end some of it's members were either remain loyal to De Vela or defected to the legitimate government of President Hidalgo and joined the Task Force Agila.

Appearance[]

They were acting like almost regular police force of the PNP/NLEA, but majority of them were all wearing Tactical Black uniforms, full battle gears (exception of Helmets), and Assault Rifles on their hands.

Killing innocent civilans including Alyana Arevalo, Berting & Janice Cuevas.
Negotiating with the Drug Syndicates especially Angelito Valmoria, Winston Cabral, Turo & Lily Ann Cotrez.
Capturing or killing the true police officer including Ricardo Dalisay and President of the Philippines ordered by Arturo Padua & Lily Ann Cortez.
Framing Cardo and Task Force Agila by killing Jacob Serrano ordered by Arturo Padua.

The Black Ops were loosely based on a secretive operations unit of a certain Intelligence Agency serves in a Clandestine operations mostly secretive, perhaps they were fall under the Internal Affairs Service of the PNP/NLEA.
It can safe to assume that the Black Ops were also based on the American Elite Private Military Company and Paramilitary Forces in Call of Duty Modern Warfare series known as the Shadow Company (in both 2009 and 2019/2022 versions), albeit serves as a Private Military Company and Mercenary Forces who serves in various operations without any orders from the Military itself. Though the Black Ops were under the government, yet still paid by many Criminal Organizations like Lito's group, although de Vela and his unit was later betrayed afterwards.
