Armando Silang is a major antagonist of FPJ's Ang Probinsyano Season 9 and former supporting ally of Ricardo Dalisay and the Task Force Agila albeit he befriended them only for the bounties to their heads, he officially replaced Angelito Valmoria after the former was killed by Cardo.
He is portrayed by the Filipino actor, John Estrada and later played Rigor Dimaguiba in FPJ's Batang Quiapo.
Biography[]
According to Oscar Hidalgo's painful past, Armando's life was lived at the beach town as a fisherman. He wants to court Aurora Guillermo but she refuses him. He became jealous and upset by being drunk leading to having a rivalry with Oscar Hidalgo. Armando hits Oscar because Aurora's chosen one is really Oscar Hidalgo.
Lolita comforted Armando to ignore Aurora and they started to a affair.
He became friends with Oscar Hidalgo but not for long until Aurora's father, Don Ignacio Guillermo and his henchmen and his brother, Eduardo Guillermo, raided to get Aurora back home to never see Oscar Again. Armando, Lolita, Oscar and other villagers fought to defend the town from Don Ignacio, Eduardo, and his henchmen but failed. Aurora gave a baby, Maria Isabel, to Lolita to take care and raise well. They killed Armando and Lolita's child during the raid. Armando and Lolita snapped their own minds and started adopting Maria Isabel, renaming her Mara Silang, as their new own daughter. They inform villagers that if Oscar was alive, they will banish from the town and never return.
Armando and Lolita moved to the rice field to start a new life to raise Mara. They became farmers and years later they befriended with the Catapang family including Samuel and Lucas.
Unfortunately their peace time didn't last long enough until Judge Arturo Padua and his henchmen arrived to inform them that his ally and friend, Don Iñigo, wants to buy a farmland to make into an Industrial plant and get rid of them. Armando, Lolita, Samuel, Lucas, Mara, and the rest of the farmers refused. Arturo secretly converse Don Ignacio about their refusal. Arturo orders his henchmen to harass farmers.
Armando, Lolita, Samuel, Lucas, Mara, and the rest of the farmers attacked Art's henchmen to stop from raiding, however, most of the farmers brutally killed by Art's henchmen. After the raid, Armando led and founded his own rebel forces, Assassin Forces (now transformed as Criminal and Terrorist syndicate) to mourn and avenge their beloved friends. Armando and Lolita turned Samuel and his brother and the surviving farmers into a merciless vendetta as criminals/terrorists to show no mercy on Arturo Padua, Don Iñigo, and Don Ignacio and their henchmen.
Armando and his family, Samuel, Lucas, and the rest of the surviving farmers hunts for Arturo Padua and Don Ignacio but were outnumbered. They hunted Don Iñigo instead by going to his mansion for invasion and capture. Armando finally killed Don Iñigo and his wife mercilessly as he remembered that Don Iñigo purchased the farmland. In the end, he finally owns Don Iñigo's mansion making into Assassin forces syndicate Headquarters.
After their group's demise and the destruction of his Mansion, Armando announces that their fight isn't over yet because their target to kill Arturo and Don Ignacio is ongoing.

In the end of series Armando, Lolita were being exposed by Oscar, retreat to the Tierra del Diablo alongside Albert, Lolita and his forces. In the last stand against Cardo and his team attempting to escape with alone from Cardo's attack but he getting caught by Cardo and his team beat and end Armando Silang once and for all, 2 Task Force Agila Jeeps torn his arms and he get rammed by Cardo's Jeep for justice of Delfin Borja's death.

- Recently, he suffered the most brutal death in the show, having both his arms both torn off and getting run over by Cardo Dalisay, the grandson of Armando's victim, Delfin Borja. The second to hold this record is Enrique Vera, having only one of his arm torn off and finished with an M4A1. He deserved it by brutal force
